I close every loan type that comes through the door: FHA, conventional, VA, jumbo, self-employed and bank-statement loans, DSCR for investors, and fix-and-flip. Before mortgage, I served in the United States Marine Corps. What actually carries over: I call people back fast. I follow through. I don't make excuses when something's my fault. If that sounds like a low bar, it's because most of the industry trips over it.
Off the clock I'm a husband, dad of three, and I coach youth sports. If you close with me, there's a good chance you'll see me at the grocery store. That's the whole point.
